We are new to the group and are anxious to meet new friends, so you will see us shortly.
What is your Cocker Spaniel's name?
Lucy is on the left and Chase is on the right. Lucy has red hair, so her name is obvious...Lucille Ball and when chase was just a puppy, he chase a rat or mouse, thus his name is Chase. Isn't that original?
Is this your first Cocker Spaniel?
No, I had one previously and miss him so much, that I have two now, that are both 9 yrs old and fortunately in good health. Lucy has Cushing Disease but takes Trilostane to control it. They are well-behaved while off leash too.
What is your favorite thing about the Cocker Spaniel(s) in your life?
They are soooooo affectionate. Lucy was abused as a puppy but at about 3yrs old, she finally let me hold her. Chase is a lap dog and is addicted to me but Lucy is addicted to her ball. They also are very active and we explore parks and canyons.
Additional Information
"I recently moved to North County and would like to meet other "like minded" people. Chase loves to play with other dogs, while Lucy loves to play with her ball. We are looking forward to meeting all of you at the meet-up"
